If you are doing baking/refreshments please liaise with the other baker before the day so as to coordinate your bakes. Don’t worry if you cannot bake or have time to bake because something from the supermarket or the local baker will do just fine. Consider baking/buying a traybake to cover increasing numbers. If we have extra visitors or a dietary requirement to fulfil we will ask other volunteers to help out.
If you are on kitchen duty please liaise with other volunteer about buying the milk (usually 2l semi-skimmed) and also bring, if available, garden flowers/foliage for table decorations.
